I have these weird phases when I can't draw. Its like I forget how to draw. Drawing a five second sketch starts taking up twenty minutes. This comic page is almost a fight between this weird phase and my determination to draw.

Deletenot to the level where the person is driven crazy when he's not able to sketch properly. And self proclaims him to be a useless artist, even though he's awesome. =/
DeleteIts the part of it dude.. Being not able to sketch is a phase which every Artist goes through and this thing repeats every now and then.. And its not only about an Artist, same goes for footballer, cricketer, musician or any other person in any particular field..
DeleteLike i can easily shoot the football from the corner into the post but thr are times when I even miss the shot from as close as 6 yards..
@Artist.. Don't self-proclaim yourself as useless or somethin.everyone goes thru bad phase u must take some time off and relax.. And your art is awesome, we all know that \m/.
To sum up i'd say no one is consistant whether It is Sachin (took 1 yr to score 100th 100) or Torres (a season without goal, scored atlast in qualifier) or this Artist, on whose blog i just wrote such a long comment that only a few will take the pain to read it -_- ..

Er... Sorry I have not been logging in recently. And I did read all of it. Very kind of both of you (I am assuming there are not more than two people here)to comment, first off and then to appreciate the effort. :) I'd say that if the plus side of writing a public journal is encouragement from readers, then slacking off with the posts automatically leads to guilt. As for proclaiming myself a bad artist, I do that so as to keep improving. But of course, it all does get to you. And truly, I am going through that phase. :) And it is comments like these that make me feel like I should get back to work as soon as possible. :D Thank you. ^_^
